What is Transit log service?
Transit log price includes: Cleaning, Bed linens (one per person), Towels (one per person), Outboard engine, WiFi, Gas, Diver check, Eco welcome pack (biodegradable dishwashing liquid, biodegradable disinfectant product, spunge, dishtowel, biodegradable garbage bags, recycled canvas shopping bag).Transit log is obligatory service and, by default, it is set to be paid in advance. If clients prefers, we can set, on his request,Transit log to be paid in the base.
What additional service you offer?
Skipper: (own cabin + food) 180-200 €/day 
Hostess: (own cabin + food) 150 €/day 
Early check in (at 13:00): 150 € / charter *(confirmation at the base)
Safety net: 70 € / charter 
Pets on board: (extra cleaning): 100 € / charter
Transfer airport-marina (one way): 35 € / 1-4 pax, 45 € / 5-8 pax
Fuel for outboard engine (5 lit): 15 €
Extra towel: 2 € / peace
Extra linen: 5 € / pax  
Gennaker (following equipment list): 120 € / week
Snorkelling equipment: 10 € / set / week
Stand up paddel: 100 € / week
Kajak: 100 € / week
Generator Honda 22i:  150 € / week
Do you offer insurance for security deposit?
We can offer Damage waiver service. Damage waiver price is 350 € for yachts until 45 feet  450 € for yachts more than 45 feet, 550 € for catamaran; + 500 € refundable security deposit. Security deposit will be used in the case of clients delay on check out, if the client does not fill up the fuel, if they block the toilet and for damages which are caused by gross negligence.
How can I make berth reservation?
Each yacht has Mysea code which can be find in boats documents. In order to make berth reservation, you should download Mysea app on your smart phone and use the specific Mysea cod for the yacht in order to make berth reservation. For details check on link: https://my-sea.com/en
How can I plan my route?

How can I get food supply’s for my charter holiday?
About 0,5-1 km from our office there are three supermarkets where you can get your supply. Taxi service to bring your groceries to marina is available at price about 10 euro. If you wish to pre-order your supply’s, we advise to use jamyachtsupply service: http://www.jamyachtsupply.com
Is my licence good for chartering yacht in Y4Y?
The instruction of the harbour’s office is that: to operate a charter boat, the guest must have a license from the list of recognized licenses in the Republic of Croatia (attached list) or a license issued by state institutions and in accordance with the purpose for which it is used.If the permit held by the guest does not meet one of these two conditions, the permit should be approved by the insurance. The charter company is not authorized to grant a permit.

What is your Covid cancelation terms?
Covid-19 special regulation:

If 28 days before departure for the booked charter the following government restrictions are valid:

- the border of the host country or the client’s country is officially closed; 
- a quarantine of 5 days or more is unconditionally imposed upon travellers returning from Croatia or the Split-Dalmatia county; 
- boating is officially prohibited in the region of the boat charter base on the starting date of the cruise;

the charterer can cancel free of charge and receives a voucher for the already paid amount.

The obligation of a Covid-19 test (PCR) before or after the trip, non-obligatory Government recommendations, Company travel restrictions, or similar, are not reasons eligible to for use of Covid-19 special regulation.
